Resplendent in MSO Mantis Green paintwork, and with an outrageous amount of carbon fibre, McLaren built this 650S to make an impression.
Attracting attention wherever it goes, ‘VIVID’’ and ‘RADIOACTIVE’ are words used to describe the paintwork. Mantis Green is not for the shy or self-conscious.
Contrasting sharply against the bright green paintwork, the exterior carbon fibre accentuates the hi-tech aerodynamics synonymous with McLaren.
There’s gloss carbon fibre everywhere! Door cards – ‘B’ pillars – rear bulkhead capping – door sills with McLaren logo – engine covers. There’s so much to list…
The original specced 5 spoke diamond cut wheels were upgraded to genuine McLaren 10 spoke super lightweight wheels, as fitted today. They were repainted to silver in October 2026 and centre caps were replaced with genuine and new McLaren items. The wheels are immaculate.
The interior is mainly trimmed in luxurious semi-aniline leather. Physical contact-points between driver and car are trimmed in Alcantara, keeping buttocks, posterior and hands firmly where they should be (no sliding about). Seats and carbon fibre door cards are tastefully detailed with cadmium yellow leather piping.
Crafted from F1 grade Inconel alloy, aural drama is provided by the MSO Sports.
If music is preferred over the exhaust note, there’s the upgraded Meridian DSP Surround Sound system.

Visual weave carbon fibre bonnet badge. Replaced with new genuine OE badge in 2026

Carbon fibre wheel centre caps featuring McLaren speedmark. All four replaced with new genuine OE caps in 2026.
MSO Sports Exhaust
Crafted from F1 grade Inconel alloy, aural drama is provided by the MSO Sports Exhaust.

If music is preferred over the exhaust note, there’s the upgraded Meridian DSP Surround Sound system.
Alloy Fluid Caps
Made from titanium, the optional alloy caps replace the standard plastic fluid filler caps. For a £200K+ vehicle, they should have been titanium as standard.
Nose Lift
Preserving the front carbon fibre splitter when approaching speed humps, high kerbs and uneven roads, the nose lift is a ‘must-have’ option.
Heated Seats
Keeping the posterior and buttocks toasty during early morning open-top countryside blasts, heated seats are a real luxury.
